Onshore and Offshore Fabrication Inspection

Rig Condition Survey
AMASE, Inc. will survey your rig without shutting you down on the job. We inspect structural material, perform wastage calculations on piping and tanks, inspect for mechanical wear, and inspect electrical equipment and cable condition including continuity checks. How much does it cost to make changes to piping, structural or electrical to correct for equipment that is out of specification? How do the changes affect your schedule and more importantly your bottom line? Does your equipment comply with certified drawings?

AMASE field specialists visit clients supplier facilities to oversee inspections and tests; review and/or witness special processes; verify measurements, test results and assess workmanship. Personnel are available for virtually any length of time the client may require. Detailed reports are promptly forwarded to the client.
